Rehash

Description

Rehashing is the concept of causing one of the game's systems to reload its intial configuration details. Since much of Epitaph is based on the use of data files, when you change the underlying data files it won't change the value of the handlers that make use of those files. The rehash command causes the handler to reread in its values.
