Syntax

Description

The syntax command allows you to view the exact form commands must take in order to be valid for the MUD. Syntax by itself gives a brief view, whereas either of the verbose syntaxes will also explain what the syntax does.

Syntax Forms

syn_tax <verb> 

Check the syntax for a particular command

syn_tax verbose <verb> 

Check the verbose syntax for a particular command

syn_tax <verb> verbose 

Check the verbose syntax for a particular command
