Banker - It's a rich man's world

Description

Some NPCs have positions of financial responsibility within their respective factions, acting as the main banker. Each faction handles banking transactions differently, charging different amounts on deposits and offering different rates of interest as well as different mechanisms for handling the money once it has been placed in their care. Asking the NPC about 'terms' or 'conditions' will have them explain how their particular organisation handles things.

check [balance] 

Query the balance of your account within this faction.

withdraw <string> 

Withdraw money from your account with this faction.
