Radio - Ground Control to Major Tom
Description
To communicate, simply type the name of the channel and your message.
The radio stores the last few chats. To access these, use the 'radio history' command.
While 1240 MHz is the default channel available on the radio, it's hardly the only one out there. You can see the list of channels to which you are currently listening with 'radio channels', as well as the list of all available channels with 'radio all channels'. In the list of channels, a channel may have a star (*), a percent sign (%) or a P next to it. These indicate, in turn, that you are listening to the channel, that the channel has seen recent traffic, and that your radio has a password set for that channel.
Intermud
The channel 1301 is a special channel, and hooks listeners up to the intermud network. Specifically, the dw-chat channel which is for discworld based MUDs and other assorted animals. Other intermud channels may be added as time goes by, assuming there is the demand for it.
