Lie

Description

This is a positional command, used to permit you to position yourself on objects and rooms.

Additionally, you can position yourself 'behind' something in order to gain whatever cover that object can provide.

Syntax Forms

lie 

Adopt this position so that you are lying on the floor.

lie on [the] floor 

Adopt this position so that you are lying on the floor. Alternate syntax.

lie {on|at|in|beside} <object> 

Adopt this position so that you are lying in the indicated way on indicated object.

lie {behind} <object> 

Adopt this position so that you are lying behind the indicated object. This counts as taking cover..

You lie down.

> lie on pool table
You lie on the pool table.
