Stand

Description

This is a positional command, used to permit you to position yourself on objects and rooms.

Additionally, you can position yourself 'behind' something in order to gain whatever cover that object can provide.

Syntax Forms

stand 

Adopt this position so that you are standing on the floor.

stand on [the] floor 

Adopt this position so that you are standing on the floor. Alternate syntax.

stand {on|at|in|beside} <object> 

Adopt this position so that you are standing in the indicated way on indicated object.

stand {behind} <object> 

Adopt this position so that you are standing behind the indicated object. This counts as taking cover..

Examples

Example one
> stand
You stand up.
Example two
> stand on pool table
You stand on the pool table.
