Companion Summoner
Description
In order to tame an animal, you must possess an item that is suitable for acting as a control mechanism. Pet leashes, dog whistles and such are all examples of companion summoning devices. The device allows you to summon, dismiss and rename your companion. It also allows you to permanently designate your companion as a pacifist - this means that it won't be targetted by enemy NPCs, but it also won't be able to fulfil combat orders.
