Complaints - We'll Take It From Here

Description

When you have a complaint about the game, or people within the community, or the conduct of creators, it may be necessary to make a formal complaint. The procedure for this is reasonably simple - send a mudmail to one of the members of the Admin domain. if you would rather the message be sent privately, send it to the email address registered in a member of admin's finger info. You can also mudmail 'admin' generally to send it to all current members of the domain.

What happens then?

Upon receiving your complaint, the member of admin to which you directed the mail will investigate. There is no formal timeframe for this, nor any specific way in which it will be done. The only guarantee you have is that the complaint will absolutely be looked into.
